The key to fitness programmes is to progress your workload and test yourself as each week starts. This can either be at home or if you’re a gym goer you can focus on specific muscle groups that you wish to strengthen or define.
Most people I speak to are either too busy to go to the gym or find it difficult to get motivated to exercise. This specific programme is engaging and can be easily done in the comfort of your own home. I have designed it to meet and cover the key/main areas of the body in which people are either self conscious or want to enhance.
Each day the exercises shouldn’t take longer than 10-15 minutes which you will find very suitable to fit into busy schedules. The progression of each exercise is ultimately down to YOU. How determined you are to achieve your goals and how determined you are to succeed with whatever goals you have set for yourself, whether it be weight loss, building muscles or simple toning.

You will receive top tips and excellent guidance throughout the programme.
Adaptations can be made (if required) and we can work together to achieve your goals!
